How it works
- Pick small habits you want to build (e.g. 30 mins of maths, 5 pushups, 5 mins reading)
- Print or copy the tracker template
- Tick ✔️ each box when you complete a habit
- Try to build the longest chain of ✔️s possible — one for each habit
